1. Introduction

1.1 Website usage agreement between Homebuyers Advice Centre and the user.

1.2 Use of this site constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by and interpreted in line with English Law. Please read these carefully.

1.3 This site is intended for the use by citizens of the United Kingdom. This site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in a country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local laws or regulations.

2. Use of Content

2.1 Throughout our website, trademarked names are indicated. However, rather than repeatedly show the trademark symbol, we state that we are using such names in an editorial contact with no intention of infringement of that trademark. Trademarked names, as always, remain the property of their respective companies.

2.2 We, or our licensors, own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights associated with the content save where otherwise stated.

6. Price Match Promise Terms & Conditions

6.1 Homebuyers Advice Centre Ltd will match where possible any Agreement In Principle received by a customer through an alternative source and pay them £100 when their mortgage completes via Homebuyers Advice Centre Ltd. £100 will be paid within 30 days of completion. We retain the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

6.2 In the event that Homebuyers Advice Centre Ltd are unable to match an Agreement in Principle received by a customer. A payment of £100 will be made within 30 days of receipt of a copy of the legal offer from the lending source. This means that the monthly mortgage repayments (excluding insurances and broker fees) of any alternative you source must be less than the monthly mortgage repayments sourced by Homebuyers Advice Centre of exactly the same sum borrowed, repaid over exactly the same period of time with the same mortgage repayment type (i.e. Variable vs. Variable, Interest Only vs. Interest Only).

6.3 The original claim must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your ‘ Agreement in Principle’ from Homebuyers Advice Centre Ltd. You must supply documentary proof of an ‘ Agreement in Principle’ for a fully comparable mortgage which clearly shows the total monthly mortgage repayments (excluding insurances and broker fees). This offer excludes "special offers" and "exclusive products". We retain the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
